Bloomfield PD: 2 Arrested, 3 At Large In Series Of Stop & Shop Thefts Two people were arrested and three others at large in a series of thefts from a Bloomfield Stop & Shop, authorities said. Jennifer Gaguancela 21, of Bloomfield and Savanah Diaz 20, of Newark went through self checkout and rang up $84 worth of items at the Franklin Street store on May 5, Bloomfield Public Safety Director Samuel DeMaio said. What they failed to do, however, was ring up an additional $308 of additional items, DeMaio said. Gaguancela and Diaz were charged with shoplifting and have pending court dates.
