Two men from Westchester County face charges after fleeing a traffic stop and leading authorities on a pursuit through multiple counties in the region, police said.

Man Indicted For Fatal Stabbing Of Senior Citizen In Hudson Valley Road Rage Incident
A Hudson Valley grand jury has indicted a 22-year-old man for manslaughter in connection with a stabbing death during a road rage incident.
Orange County resident Horace Duke, of Wallkill, was indicted on Thursday, Nov. 3 for manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon for the Sunday, Oct. 30 incident, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.
Duke was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail, $500,000 bond, or $750,00 partially secured bond.

Police ID Victims In Double-Fatal Hudson Valley Crash
State Police have released the identities of two Hudson Valley residents who were killed during a two-vehicle crash that also injured six others.
Orange County residents Nelson Vivarcampoverde, age 48, and passenger Maria Abrigo, age 36, both from Middletown, were killed around 7 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 4, following the crash on Route 17 in Wallkill, said Trooper Steven Nevel.
The crash involved a 2005 Ford Escape operated by Orange County resident Anthony K. Jones, age 24, of Walden, and a 2004 Toyota Sienna, operated by Vivarcampoverde.

Head-On Crash Kills Hudson Valley Man
A man was killed in a two-vehicle head-on collision on a busy Hudson Valley roadway.
The crash, which took place in Orange County on Route 17 in the town of Tuxedo, happened around 4 a.m., Wednesday, July 28, between a 2017 International box truck and a 2015 Nissan Sentra, said Trooper Steven Nevel.
According to a preliminary investigation, the box truck, driven by Rockland County resident Eluzer Silber, age 31, of Monsey, was traveling north on Route 17 in the town of Tuxedo, when it collided head-on with the Sentra driven by Michael Wyka, age 63, from the town of Monroe.

Town Supervisor Accused Of Driving Drunk After Hitting Utility Pole
A town supervisor in the Hudson Valley was arrested after hitting a utility pole while allegedly driving drunk, said the New York State Police.
The incident took place late Thursday, Aug. 22, or early Friday, Aug. 23 in Orange County, said Trooper Steven Nevel, a spokesman for the department.
Nevel said he had not received an official report yet, but according to the officer on the scene, Tuxedo Town Supervisor Michael Rost was driving southbound on Route 17 when he was involved in a single-vehicle crash, Nevel said.

Pair Caught With 510 Bags Of Heroin In Hudson Valley Stop
Two men were busted by State Police troopers with more than 500 bags of heroin during a stop on Route 17 in Orange County overnight.
Troopers stopped Matamoras, Pa. resident Jeremy Maun, 33, and Greeley, Pa. resident Christopher Scurto, 25, at approximately midnight on Monday, March 12 in Monroe for equipment violations.
During the stop, troopers discovered that the duo were in possession of 510 bags of heroin, which were hidden in the vehicle. Both Maun and Scurto were arrested at the scene and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.…
