Flemington Man Exposes Himself To Halloween Trick-Or-Treaters: Police A Flemington man was charged with lewdness after allegedly exposing himself to Halloween trick-or-treaters, authorities said. Arnaldo Ruano-Polanco, 23, is accused of exposing himself to trick-or-treaters who were walking by his home on Halloween, Flemington Police said in a Wednesday release. Ruano-Polanco was arrested and charged with lewdness. He was being held in the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Office.

A vehicle had stopped on Route 31 northbound near milepost 25 in Raritan Township attempting to turn onto 349 around 9:20 a.m., authorities said. The grading of the roadway had caused visibility problems for several other drivers, causing them to have to stop to avoid colliding with the car that was attempting to turn, police said. Busted: DUI Driver Had More Than 450 Bags Of Heroin In Hunterdon County Stop, Police Say A 24-year-old Middlesex County woman was found with more than 450 bags of heroin when she was pulled over for driving under the influence in Hunterdon County, authorities said. Holly Saeger, of New Brunswick, was stopped by Patrolman Gregory Zytko in Flemington around 11 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, local police said in a Friday release. More than 450 bags of suspected heroin, as well as prescription medications and drug paraphernalia, were found in Saeger’s vehicle following a “positive indication” from K9 Kita, police said.
