Two Charged With Shoplifting At Palisades Center CLARKTOWN, N.Y. -- Clarkstown police have arrested two men on charges of shoplifting from a Best Buy store at Palisades Center shopping mall.Police arrested Andre Pritchard, 44, of Bloomington, and Michael DeMaio, 46, of Marlboro, about 12:15 p.m. Sunday, police said. Clarkstown officers responded to Best Buy on a report of shoplifting. The suspects reportedly were observed by employees taking merchandise valued at $1,395, police said.
