Drug Deal Gone Bad: Suspected Shooter Surrenders To Police In Spotsylvania A 20-year-old man surrendered to authorities in Spotsylvania hours after they say he shot a 22-year-old man during a drug deal. Rhashean Anderson is believed to have fired at a 22-year-old male on Camp Town Road around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office said in a release. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he underwent surgery.
