A Westchester man is raising money to help cover extensive medical bills for a beloved family dog that is fighting for his life after being brutally attacked by two off-leash dogs.
The incident happened on Wednesday, Dec. 11, when Mikey, a 5-year-old rescue dog, was being walked by an employee of the White Plains-based Paws Barkley dog walking service.

The Animal Rescue League of Berks County is enacting the city's Code Blue ordinance for the following periods:
