A Lower Paxton man faces multiple charges after being caught in a sting operation by a vigilante posing as a teenage girl, authorities announced Friday, Nov. 17.
John Robert Tasevoli, 44, is accused of attempting to meet a 14-year-old girl for sex in August 2023 following months of explicit communication with Justin Perry, better known as “Mr. 17540,” according to West Earl Township police, and an affidavit of probable cause obtained by Daily Voice on Wednesday, Nov. 20.

A Lancaster teen has been reported missing, and police are asking for the public's help, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20.
London Davila, 13, was last seen on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, at 8 a.m., wearing a black sweatshirt, black puffer jacket, dark sweatpants, and pink Crocs, according to the release.
London is described as 4’11” tall, with black hair and hazel eyes.

Thomas W. Kite, 39, was drunk on alcohol and high on marijuana when he crashed into a vehicle driven by Joseph Kovacs, 52, of Trenton, New Jersey, who later died from injuries sustained in the crash, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
