Two Westchester County business owners are facing felony charges after allegedly failing to pay tens of thousands of dollars in taxes, prosecutors said.
Married couple Estrado Willis, 45, and Eleanor Willis, 46, owners of Mangoville Meat & Grocery at 133 South 4th Ave. in Mount Vernon, were arraigned on March 27 in Mount Vernon City Court, the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office announced on Thursday, April 9.
Prosecutors allege the pair failed to remit around $76,000 in sales taxes collected from customers between March 2018 and April 2025.
