A Capital Region woman has been arrested for driving drunk with an unrestrained child in her vehicle, police said.
Rebecca L. Hayden, 36, of Ballston Spa, was pulled over on Wednesday, Aug. 5 on Ballston Avenue in Saratoga Springs, New York State Police announced Friday, Aug. 14.
Cops found the child, who was under age 16, inside the vehicle, police said. They were turned over to a family member.

Vladimir Alonzo, 23, of Mastic Beach, was indicted, arraigned, and released Friday, Aug. 14, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office said.

Asia Oliver, 27, of Hempstead, was arrested Thursday night, Aug. 13 for touching two juvenile males at Learn and Play Center in Baldwin, the Nassau County Police Department said.
