Harrisburg Boy ,16, Charged As Adult In 2nd Armed Robbery In 10 Months A 16-year-old boy is being charged as an adult after allegedly committing a second armed robbery in less than 10 months, according to court documents. Zakai Anderson, 16 of Harrisburg, was most recently arrested after forcing his way into a victim's home on the 100 block of South Lockwillow Avenue and tried robbing them at gunpoint around 2:45 p.m. on April 25, township police said.
