Detective's 21-Year-Old Stepson Shot Dead At Philadelphia Mills Mall Police have identified the 21-year-old man shot and killed in the Philadelphia Mills mall on Monday night as the son of a a Philadelphia police detective. Domonic Billa was shot multiple times in the chest while in the food court of the mall near the orange entrance around 5 p.m., authorities said.
