Intruder Attacks, Sexually Assaults Elderly Woman In Philadelphia Home, Police Say A man unlawfully entered an elderly woman's home in Philadelphia on Thursday, Sept. 14, and attacked and sexually assaulted her, authorities said. The incident happened around 3:30 p.m. in a home on the 7400 block of Devon Street, Philadelphia police said. The man, believed to be between the ages of 17 and 24, walked inside the 71-year-old woman's home through an unlocked door and demanded money, police said.
