State Police: Carlisle Man Arrested For Fatal Overdose Of Shippensburg Student After 10 months police have made an arrest in connection to a fatal overdose of a Shippensburg University student. Angel Rodriguez Leon, 21, of Carlisle, was arrested on Saturday after a police investigation linked him to the crime via social media posts stating that he had delivered fentanyl to the student. The student was living in off-campus housing at the time. His identity has not been made public.
