A third man has been arrested in connection with the killing of 27-year-old Shaheim "Mugga" Carr of York, on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024, court documents show.
The dad of two was found shot dead in the 300 block of West Philadelphia Street in York at 11:13 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, as Daily Voice first reported. A shooting that occurred over the weekend in Allentown resulted in the arrest of two people, authorities said.
Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of South 4th Street around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday after receiving a report of a fight with shots fired, Allentown police said.
