Car Slams Into Porch On Memorial Day In Hudson Valley An Orange County home was damaged when a car crashed into its porch on Memorial Day.  The crash happened at 6:22 p.m. on Monday, May 25, when firefighters responded to the incident on Linden Avenue in Middletown, according to the Middletown Fire Department.  Responding crews found one person in the car who was able to get out on their own.  Middletown Police and Empress EMS also responded to the scene.  The Middletown Building Inspector was later called to the crash scene as well. More information about the cause of the crash was not immediately available.
