Health officials are working to contain an outbreak of bird flu at a Hudson Valley farm, the second such outbreak in New York this month. A man who confessed to sexually abusing over 100 children died in a New York State prison after nearly three decades behind bars. Louis VanWie, 82, died at the Coxsackie Correctional Facility on Tuesday, Jan. 14, a spokesperson for the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) confirmed to Daily Voice.
