An accused drunk driver has admitted to being nearly three times the legal limit when he crashed into another car on a Long Island parkway and injured three others, including a woman who lost both of her legs. Kevin Rosas-Daqui, age 25, of Brooklyn, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular assault and other charges in Suffolk County Court on Monday, July 10. A 25-year-old man is facing felony charges after he allegedly drove on Long Island while drunk at more than twice the legal limit and crashed into a victim, causing her legs to be amputated.
