Tri-State 'Jeopardy!' Showdown: NJ, NY Contestants Will Battle It Out Tonight
A fierce tri-state "Jeopardy!" rivalry will take place Thursday night, Dec. 5
Garwood, NJ native Lisa DiLeo will face off against two-time defending "Jeopardy!" champion Stevie Ruiz from Long Island and retired grant writer Dave Bond from West Henrietta, NY.
DiLeo, 56, a business support analyst, will make her "Jeopardy!" debut, aiming to dethrone Ruiz, whose two-day winnings are nearing $36,000.
Ruiz, who is making his third appearance, recently defeated Maryland minister Kimberley Debus ($3,000) and retiree Gloria Nastas from Michigan ($2,000) in Wednesday's episode.

A New York high school teacher’s run on Jeopardy! has sadly come to an end.
Dan Wohl, who teaches history at Long Island’s Syosset High School, fell short during the Final Jeopardy! round on the episode airing Thursday night, Feb. 9.

Westchester Man Advances To Next Round Of 'Jeopardy!'
A Hudson Valley man is living out his dream by competing on "Jeopardy!," and to top it off winning on his first appearance.
Westchester resident Pasquale Palumbo, age 45, of Hawthorne, made his show debut on Thursday, April 8, and walked off the set with $6,799, and a chance to win again on Friday, April 9. The latest episode will be broadcast at 7 p.m. Friday on WABC-TV (Channel 7).
The Northern Westchester man, who said he has been watching the show since he was a kid in the 80s, was set to appear on the show last year but his chance at stardom was hampered by the COVID-19 pandemic.…
Westchester Teacher Wins 'Jeopardy!' Tournament
A teacher Northern Westchester students won the "Jeopardy!" Teachers Tournament, taking home a $100,000 prize.
Francois Barcomb, 50, of New Paltz, a physics teacher at Hendrick Hudson High School, in Montrose, entered the final with a commanding after day one of a two-day final competition between the three final contestants with a total win of $20,400.

There's no denying we all age, but exactly when are we in peak physical fitness? According to Dr. William Frishman, director of Medicine at Westchester Medical Center, flagship of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), being young has a host of benefits.
