A 19-year-old man faces several charges after firing shots on a public street in Westchester, damaging storefronts in the process, officials announced.
Port Chester resident Tyshawn Watkins, age 19, was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 22 in connection with an incident on Friday, Nov. 17 in Mount Vernon, Mount Vernon Director of Communications Timothy Allen said.

A man faces several charges after a large quantity of phencyclidine and more than $80,000 in cash were seized from his Northern Westchester home, police announced.
The arrest resulted from the execution of a search warrant at a Peekskill residence on Brown Street on Thursday, Nov, 9, Peekskill Police announced.

Two teenage boys face criminal charges after bringing an inoperable BB gun to a high school in Northern Westchester, police announced.
The two boys, ages 13 and 14, were arrested on Monday, Nov. 13, and Tuesday, Nov. 14 following an investigation conducted by Yorktown Police, the department announced on Friday, Nov. 17.
