Nassau Man Charged For Verizon Store Armed Robbery, Two Burglaries
A man implicated in an alleged armed robbery at a Long Island Verizon store is facing charges for his alleged role in multiple burglaries, police said. Nassau County Police detectives said that a man entered the Verizon store on Front Street on July 29 last year, displaying a handgun. The man ordered employees and customers to the floor, demanding that one employee open a safe to steal a variety of Apple iPhones.
