Man Holds Up Nassau County Convenience Store At Gunpoint Police are asking the public for help locating a man who allegedly held up a Long Island convenience store at gunpoint. The robbery took place around 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 29, at the Express C-Store in Valley Stream, Nassau County Police said. According to detectives, a Black man entered the store located at 749 West Merrick Road purchased a can of soda.  While at the register the man allegedly pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the clerk, 53, demanding that he hand over the cash from the register.  He then reached into the register obtaining an undetermined amount of mone…
