Long Island Man Unable To Stand On Own After Stop Charged With DWI, Sheriff Says
A 60-year-old driver was allegedly intoxicated and unable to stand on his feet during a late-night traffic stop on Long Island, the Sheriff’s Office announced. Suffolk County Sheriff’s deputies stopped Port Jefferson resident Domingo Olivo shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5 after he was caught swerving in and out of the right lane on County Road 97 in Holbrook.
