It happened around 12:45 p.m. Sunday, June 27 in East Farmingdale. Diane Sclafani, age 60, of Centereach, was driving a 2006 Honda Pilot westbound on Conklin Street and attempted to make a left-hand turn into St. Charles/Resurrection Cemeteries when the vehicle was struck by a 2001 Honda motorcycle, Suffolk County Police said.
