Drunk Long Island Woman With Child In Car Flees Crash Scene, Police Say A Medford woman drove drunk with her son in the car during a hit-and-run crash in East Northport, according to Suffolk County Police. Susan Striplin was driving a 2007 GMC Yukon SUV southbound on Daly Road Monday, July 15 when she reportedly sideswiped a 2013 Mercedes Benz Sprinter van at approximately 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of Phyllis Drive in East Northport, police said.
