Contractor Accused Of Scamming Thousands From Couple In Region A contractor from the region was charged with larceny for allegedly scamming a couple out of thousands for a roofing job he never performed. Sullivan County resident David Gizinski, age 37, of Liberty and the owner of Gizinski Construction, was arrested on Friday, Feb. 16 for the incident in November 2023. Sullivan County resident Marcus Molnar, age 46, of Barryville, was arrested on Saturday, Feb. 24, for failure to pay child support. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office has arrested the following individuals on Family Court warrants for child support violations: Melissa A. Lynch, age 36, of Swan Lake, was charged on Thursday, Feb. 15 for not paying $2,500 in child support.
