Shane Cole, 27, Scott Kramer, 46, Celia Ortiz, 51, and Raymond Cole Jr., 25 — all of Hackettstown — were arrested Oct. 1 after a search of their Petersburg Road home turned up cocaine, hypodermic needles and other paraphernalia, Acting Warren County Prosecutor James L. Car Stolen From Dealership Recovered In Hackettstown, Ex-Employee Charged A car reported stolen from an auto dealership last month was tracked to a former employee, who was charged with the theft, police in Morris County said. Julianna M. Walters, 33, of Freehold was arrested for taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and receiving stolen property, Washington Township police said. A car dealership on Route 46 in Glouchester County reported a vehicle stolen on Feb. 12.
