US Marshals Arrest Mercer County Fugitive, 25, In Fatal Trenton Shooting A 25-year-old fugitive from Hamilton Township has been arrested with assistance from U.S. Marshals and a Mercer County SWAT team in connection with a fatal shooting in Trenton, authorities said. Quintin Thompson was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree felony murder, first-degree robbery, weapons offenses and theft of movable property, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said on Monday. The arrest was made in connection with the Nov. 28 shooting death of Omar Billups, according to Onofri. Boy, 14, Charged With Killing Trenton Man With Headshot During Argument A 14-year-old boy from Hamilton killed a Trenton man with a gunshot to the head during an argument, authorities said. Detectives from the Mercer County Homicide Task Force took the boy into custody at his home Tuesday morning, they said. They filed a delinquency complaint charging the boy with killing 37-year-old Danavan Phillips during a fight the night before in the 100 block of Oakland Street, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J.
