Trenton Fugitive Wanted In Fatal Bus Stop Stabbing Captured By U.S. Marshals In PA A 38-year-old fugitive from Trenton has been arrested in Pennsylvania by U.S. Marshals in connection with the recent stabbing death of Sam Livingston III, authorities said. Reginald Montique, 38, of Carroll Street, is charged with murder and weapons offenses, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri. Norristown police responding to reports of a shooting at 502 W. Lafayette St., found Abdur Rachman Small in the living room, with a gunshot wound in his head on Nov. 20, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Norristown Police Chief Mark E.
