Truck Overturns In Three-Vehicle Crash:

Two trucks and a car collided in a three-car crash on Thursday, April 11 on Route 80 in Morris County, causing one of the trucks to overturn, authorities said. At 1:58 p.m., a Freightliner tractor-trailer, a Subaru passenger vehicle and an Isuzu box truck were traveling westbound on Route 80 in Rockaway Township when they collided, causing the Isuzu to overturn, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The driver of the Subaru sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.

Route 80 Allamuchy Crash
One person was injured after a car struck the back of a tractor-trailer on Route 80 in Warren County in the early morning of Tuesday, April 2, state police said. At 4:48 a.m. a Toyota SUV struck the back of a Freightliner tractor-trailer while both were traveling westbound on Route 80 in Allamuchy Township, Troy McNair, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The driver of the Toyota sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital, McNair said. The crash remains under investigation, McNair said.

At 1:21 p.m., New Jersey State Troopers responded to the crash between an Honda SUV and a Freightliner box truck on Route 80 East at milepost 46.2, Troy McNair of the New Jersey State Police said. Two people were injured after a car collided with a dump truck on Route 46 and County Road 519 in Warren County on Thursday, Feb. 1, authorities said. At 3:48 p.m., state troopers responded to the scene in White Township and found a Dodge Journey had crashed into a Freightliner dump truck, Detective Jeffrey LeBron said. The driver and passenger of the Dodge sustained minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital, LeBron said. The crash remains under investigation, LeBron said.

A Honda driver from Pennsylvania was killed after hitting a Freightliner that was parked on the shoulder of Route 78 early on Tuesday, Nov. 7, police confirmed. Alejandro Reyes-Moya, 52, was driving a Honda CRV on the eastbound side near milepost 4.2 in Greenwich Township when he struck the back of a Freightliner pulling a utility trailer that was parked on the right shoulder around 4:15 a.m., Sgt. Charles Marchan told Daily Voice. Reyes-Moya, of Lebanon, PA, was killed in the crash, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation and there was no further information as of press time.

A driver was killed in a fiery crash with a box truck in Sussex County, state police confirmed. A Freightliner box truck was heading southbound on Route 565 in Wantage when it was struck head-on by a northbound Ford Escape that crossed over the double-yellow lines near milepost 5.5 just after 6:25 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, NJSP Trooper Brandi Slota told DailyVoice.com.
