Hackettstown Man Asks Couple At Home Depot About Smashing Woman's Skull In With Pickaxe: Police
A Hackettstown man approached a couple at a local Home Depot to ask about smashing a woman’s skull in with a pickaxe, authorities charged. The 66-year-old man was shopping at the Mansfield store on August 8 when he approached a couple while holding a pickaxe type tool and asked, “what side do you think I should use to smash her [expletive] skull in?” township police said in a Tuesday release. Police: ‘Unruly’ Hunterdon County Man Refusing To Wear Mask At Walmart Throws Coffee On Ground
A Hunterdon County man refusing to wear a mask at a local Walmart became belligerent and “unruly” when he was asked to leave and threw his cup of coffee on the ground, authorities said. The unnamed 58-year-old Califon man was asked and subsequently refused to wear a mask at Walmart on Dec. 26 around 4:20 p.m., Mansfield Township police said. The man had just been asked to leave the store when he became “unruly” and threw his cup of coffee on the ground, police said. Officers stopped the man as he was leaving in his vehicle and issued him a summons for disturbing the peace.
