Dilcia Maribell Guevara-Tabora, 46, of Lakewood, was sitting on the curb near Saint Vincent de Paul Food Pantry when she was struck at about 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 15,  Lakewood police said.  Two girls who were not related to the woman were injured.  A minivan was making a turn in the parking lot when the fatal crash occurred.  The driver, a 40-year-old Lakewood man, was ticketed for careless driving.
