Peekskill Police discovered Goodwin’s outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear in Yorktown Justice Court and bail jumping after arresting the 24-year-old on July 9 on unrelated charges. Man Charged With Stealing Power Tools At Sears In Yorktown Two Times YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Yorktown Police have arrested James J. Damico after the Yonkers resident allegedly stole vacuum cleaners from a Sears department store. Surveillance footage captured Damico, 41, on the afternoon of July 1 stealing six Dyson vacuums worth approximately $3,400 from the Sears located at 650 Lee Boulevard in the Jefferson Valley Mall. Store employees contacted Yorktown Heights Police on July 14 when Damico returned to the store.
