Putnam Sheriff Searching For Woman, 33, Wanted On DWI Charges PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department is searching for Jocelyn Almonte for failure to appear in court. The Superior Court issued a warrant for the 33-year-old Almonte’s arrest after she failed to appear in Putnam County Court on Feb. 18, 2010. She is known to frequent Danbury, Conn., and the Bronx in New York City. The 5-foot-4, 168 pound Almonte is a Hispanic woman with black hair and brown eyes wanted on DWI charges. Westchester Transportation Company Settles $400K Medicaid Case PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- The state of New York and 4J’s Transportation, Inc., have reached a settlement over undocumented services and potential Medicaid fraud. New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman announced on July 6 a $400,000 settlement with the Westchester County-based transportation company.  Owner James Herring and 4J’s will repay Medicaid $316,991 for unsupported billings, including $84,072 in interest.
