NYC Burger Restaurant 5 Napkin Opens Yonkers Location
YONKERS, N.Y. -- New York City mainstay 5 Napkin is bringing its signature “butcher shop chic” aesthetic to Yonkers.
Voted the third-most popular New York City restaurant in 2015 by Zagat’s, 5 Napkin will officially open its doors in Westchester on July 14 at the Ridge Hill Mall, 211 Market Street, Yonkers, N.Y.
The 5 Napkin menu, crafted by Executive Chef Andy D’Amico, offers a diverse lineup of burgers, including the namesake 5 Napkin Burger -- 10 oz. fresh ground beef, caramelized onions, rosemary aioli and gruyere cheese.

Westchester Transportation Company Settles $400K Medicaid Case
PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- The state of New York and 4J’s Transportation, Inc., have reached a settlement over undocumented services and potential Medicaid fraud.
New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman announced on July 6 a $400,000 settlement with the Westchester County-based transportation company. Owner James Herring and 4J’s will repay Medicaid $316,991 for unsupported billings, including $84,072 in interest.
