Putnam County To Hold Free Rabies Clinic In Cold Spring COLD SPRING, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Department of Health will offer a free rabies vaccination clinic in Cold Springs for the dogs, cats and ferrets of Putnam County. The clinic will take place from 10 a.m. to noon on July 25 at the Hubbard Lodge, 2880 Route 9, Cold Spring, N.Y. The county asks owners to bring photo proof of residency, as well as proof of prior rabies vaccination. Tags are not acceptable.
