Norwalk Man Charged With Sexual Assault NORWALK, Conn. - The Norwalk Department of Police Service Special Victims Unit arrested an area man on Tuesday an active arrest warrant for sexual assault.  Jose Prado, 19, of Norwalk, was charged with sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.  Special Victims Detective received a complaint in March that Prado had allegedly committed sexual assault against a juvenile in 2015, according to police. Prado's bond was set at $15,000. His court date was set for Wednesday, July 20.
