A 34-year-old Stafford man arrested for driving under the influence was missing a tire when authorities spotted him on the I-95 ramp over the weekend, police said. A multi-vehicle crash caused heavy delays along I-95 in northern Virginia on Friday morning, April 19. The VDOT site says the northbound crash happened near milepost 147.5 in Stafford, right behind the Stafford/Quantico Courtyard Marriott. Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a Stafford crash Thursday, March 14. Michael Pickeral was heading east on Joshua Road when he was struck by a westbound driver that swerved into oncoming traffic just after 5:15 p.m., the sheriff's office said.
