A 37-year-old woman wanted for felony hit-and-run out of Stafford was arrested after another bout of "less than ideal" driving, authorities said. Ladonna Smith of Montross had apparently been swerving and tailgating another driver on Deacon Road around 7:40 p.m. Thursday, April 25, the county sheriff said.
