A 52-year-old Virginia man has been indicted in the robbery and murder of a New York taxi driver in 2021. Percell Ross Blakely, of Covington, stole property from 62-year-old Andres Valenzuela before shooting him on Main Street in New Rochelle, NY on Oct. 14, 2021, Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E.
