Drunken Fugitive Captured By Citizens During Police Chase In Stafford: Sheriff A 30-year-old Virginia fugitive was captured by a group of Good Samaritans while running from police on Monday, April 22, authorities said. Jordan Perrin was spotted asleep at the wheel by Stafford County Deputy C.C. Crossett on Courage Lane around 8:20 p.m., the sheriff's office said in a release. Perrin, of Ruther Glenn, admitted to drinking beer prior to driving and admitted his license had been revoked due to a prior incident involving alcohol.
