The 21-year-old man was heading south on Kellogg Mill Road in South Stafford after work when the vehicle in front of him began to slow down around 5:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, the county sheriff's office said. Underage DUI Driver Crashes Jaguar After Grad Party In Dumfries An 18-year-old man repeat DUI offender crashed his Jaguar Sunday, May 21 after a graduation party in Stafford County, authorities said. The 6:30 a.m. incident on Jason Lane in Dumfries involved three vehicles and a mailbox, the a spokesperson for the county sheriff's office said. The driver was unconscious and the vehicle was still in drive when a deputy responded, police said.
