Vase Case: Manassas 20-Year-Old Assaults Relative With Flower Holder A Manassas 20-year-old was arrested after he assaulted a victim and hit them in the head with a flower vase, police said.  At around 4:30 a.m. on August 10, Ali Frizan got into a heated argument with his 24-year-old relative, according to the Prince William County Police Department.  Although Frizan hit the victim in the head, the victim sustained a non-life threatening injury, officials reported. Frizan was arrested for unlawful wounding and has a pending court date, authorities said.

Employees and patrons of the Montclair Family Restaurant were fighting at around 4 p.m., when one employee called his acquaintance, 33-year-old Joshua Fitzpatrick, to assist him in this dispute, Prince William County Police reported.
