Warren was heading south on the highway when his 2012 Nissan Altima ran off the left side of the road and struck a jersey wall around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, Virginia State Police said. Warren, whose vehicle crashed at mile marker 146 in Stafford County, was taken to Stafford Hospital, where he later died.
