Bear Cub Killed On I-395 In Arlington (Video) Arlington County Animal Control was called to I-395 to remove a dead bear from the roadway over the weekend, authorities said. The bear was spotted near Exit 8C around 2:10 p.m. Saturday, June 15, Virginia State Police spokesman Matthew Demlein said. At 5:48 p.m., a passing motorist said he'd struck the bear but did not stop because he was feeling ill. He was not injured.
