Breaking: Suspect Apprehended After Foot Chase At Stafford Marketplace Stafford police detained a fraud suspect at a local Panera Bread on Thursday, September 15, officials reported. Just before 11 a.m., the suspect handed a cashier a counterfeit bill, before leaving the scene, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.  Soon after the incident, officers located the suspect at nearby Jersey Mike's and the suspect attempted to flee from police, authorities said.
