26-Year-Old Stafford Woman Pulls Gun On Teen In Road Rage Incident: Police Authorities say a 26-year-old Stafford County woman pulled a gun on a teenager earlier this week during a road rage incident.  Maryann Mullins of Stafford is accused of pointing the gun at the boy on Sunday morning, June 26, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. The boy said Mullins got behind his car at the intersection of Butler Road and Chatham Heights Road just after 7:30.
