Morgan State Basketball Star Blake Bozeman ID'd As Victim Killed In DC Hookah Lounge Shooting Hearts shattered as word got out that the victim killed in last weekend's hookah lounge shooting in Washington DC was a former Morgan State University basketball player. Blake Bozeman, 31, along with two other men and one woman were shot at the Cru Hookah Lounge in the 1300 block of H Street NE, just before midnight on Saturday, Sept. 23, police said.  All were rushed to local hospitals, where Bozeman died. According to authorities, officers were called to the 1300 block of H Street NE, where there was a reported shooting with three men and one woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
