On August 25, at around 3 p.m., Steven Bullock, who was riding his motorcycle in the 2700 block of Tidewater Drive, was hit by another car, on the side of his bike, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
The impact of the collision sent the 48-year-old into a pole and he was pronounced dead at the scene, police reported.
At this time, law enforcement does not know whether speed and alcohol were factors in the incident.
