Stone Colburn, 25, was behind bars for stabbing his brother's girlfriend to death and severely wounding her nine-month-old  in 2021, according to the Loudoun County Times. He was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on Oct. 6, 2022, due to a paperwork error, but new charges came to light the following morning, the website said. Manassas Father Of Two Killed In Pedestrian Crash: Police A Manassas husband and father of two was hit by a car and killed, police said. On Oct. 5, at around 9 p.m.,  Bhupen Uprety was hit by a GMC Arcadia that was traveling near Chatsworth Drive, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Uprety was allegedly walking in the middle of the street in dark clothing, authorities said.
