An El Salvadorian MS-13 member who shot and killed a man he believed to be involved in the death of his father years ago has been convicted of murder in Washington, DC, federal authorities announced. District resident Oscar Ramos, 35, was found guilty by a jury in connection to a May 2015 shooting that killed 50-year-old Pedro Melendez Alvarado and injured 56-year-old Miguel Rodriguez Carabantes during an incident over a perceived wrongdoing. Launch Of 3 NASA Rockets Could Be Visible During Total Solar Eclipse
What a day for outer space. NASA will be launching three sounding rockets during the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, to study how Earth’s upper atmosphere is affected when sunlight momentarily dims over a portion of the planet. And they are expected to be visible for between 10 and 40 seconds along the East Coast. The body of a third construction worker missing in Baltimore's Key Bridge collapse has been recovered.
