A Lancaster County Prison inmate who was rushed to the hospital and released for end-of-life care has died; officials announced her passing on Monday, April 22, 2024. Deborah F. McClucas, 60 of Willow Street, was found unresponsive in her prison cell at approximately 8:24 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, according to a release by Lancaster County Officials. A drunk driver who caused a serious head-on that sent two people to the hospital has been charged, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Thursday. An online ad and a local hotel helped lay a thirst trap for police to capture 14 so-called "Johns" who participated in a sex trafficking ring in Pennsylvania. Man, 21, Struck Dead In Lancaster, Say State Police
A pedestrian was killed crossing Willow Street Pike in Lancaster County, say area police. Joshua J. Ober, 21 of Willow Street, was struck dead crossing Willow Street Pike South in Pequea Township around 2:15 a.m., according to the police. Ober was hit by a Dodge operated by Hernan Hernandez-Garcia who was traveling with Julio Cruz Rodriguez, both 20 of Lancaster. No charges have been filed. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
